How to Plan a Group Swimwear Order
Plan the order around the day everyone needs their suits. Have one person keep the order list.
- Set the delivery deadline and check production and shipping estimates.
- Choose a shared print, a role-based set or connected artwork.
- Record each wearer’s cut, size, trim and any assigned role or panel.
- Have each wearer confirm their garment views before approving the set.
- Check the full total and delivery estimate before paying.
Use the date the group leaves town as your deadline if you’re packing the suits. A Friday departure can make a Saturday delivery too late, even when the pool party is on Sunday.

Work back from the day you leave
There are three parts to the schedule: time for the group to decide, time to make the swimsuits, and time to ship them. Only the first part is in the organizer’s control. Give the group a deadline for sizes and a second one for approving the previews. If you’re bringing custom artwork, leave time to check how it looks on every cut in the order.
Use the current shipping and returns policy for planning. Add production time to the shipping estimate for your destination, then check the range for your address in the order review. Holidays, customs and carrier delays can extend it.
| Stage | Estimated time | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Production | 2–7 business days | Before dispatch for US and Canadian orders |
| Standard shipping to the US | 5–15 business days | After dispatch |
| Standard shipping to Canada | 5–10 business days | After dispatch |
Worked example for a trip five weeks away
Suppose a US group leaves in five weeks. The upper ends of the published production and shipping estimates add up to 22 business days. Five ordinary workweeks give you about 25. That leaves only about three business days for replies, preview review and any buffer, before accounting for holidays. Collect decisions immediately, check the live estimate before paying, and have a backup plan if the delivery range gets close to departure.
Use a delivery address where someone can receive and check the package. If a few people leave early, plan around the earliest pickup or departure that matters to the order.
Choose a set for the group you have
Agree on what everyone will share before choosing individual cuts. Each of these options creates a different job for the organizer.
| Set format | What matches | What the organizer tracks |
|---|---|---|
| Shared print | One print across 2–30 adult swimsuits. Mix trunks, bikinis and one-pieces. | Each wearer’s cut, size and trim |
| Guest of honor and crew | The One Last Splash bridal edit pairs white binding for the bride with light pink for the crew, with an all-pink option. Kraken uses different artwork for groom and groomsmen. | Each wearer’s role as well as their size and finish |
| Connected scene | Custom adult Panorama sets support 3–8 people. The Last Supper trunks edition is a fixed set for four. | Each wearer’s numbered artwork panel, even when sizes match |
Choose one shared print for a group that is still changing. If the artwork relies on a specific lineup, confirm who can join the photo before assigning panels.
Collect one confirmed choice per person
Send the exact design and the garment size guide together. Ask each person for their preferred cut, size from that chart, and available drawstring or binding color. Ask them to compare a similar garment laid flat using the same measurement points. A letter size from another brand can be a starting point for checking the chart.
Use the sample roster below as a template. The sizes are illustrative. Keep each person’s approval on the row so you can see what’s missing at a glance.
| Wearer | Style | Size | Trim choice | Confirmed? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Trunks | M | White drawstring | Yes |
| 2 | Trunks | L | White drawstring | Yes |
| 3 | Bikini | S | Black binding | Yes |
| 4 | Bikini | M | Black binding | Pending |
| 5 | One-piece | L | Black binding | Yes |
For a role-based set, add a column for the role. For a Panorama, add the panel number. If someone prefers to keep their size private, they can send their choices directly to the organizer. In this example, the organizer would follow up with wearer 4 before approving the order.
Copy the blank roster into a spreadsheet or a group chat, then add a row for each extra wearer.

A message you can send to the group
“We’re using this print. Please check the chart for the cut you want and send me your style, size and trim by Tuesday. If you’re between sizes, tell me which measurements are giving you trouble. I’ll send your preview and share the final cost and delivery estimate before I place the order.”
Approve the exact garment and finish
Send each wearer their own selection and preview for approval. Ask them to check the front and back, confirm the style and size from the roster, and check the finish. On a group photo set, verify the panel order and the garment in each position. On a bride and crew or groom and groomsmen set, check the role as carefully as the size.
If a wearer changes cut, trim or size after reviewing, ask for a new confirmation and review the updated garment views. A bikini, a one-piece and a pair of trunks can crop the same artwork differently. If you upload your own design, check important lettering or faces near the edges on every cut.
Review the order before collecting money
Decide whether the group is splitting the delivery cost and how you’ll handle different garment prices. Use the actual order review to confirm the currency, final total and delivery estimate before asking everyone for their share. Recheck the estimate if the group changes the order or the shipping address.
- Headcount and sizes. Match every confirmed wearer to the right cut, size and trim.
- Artwork and roles. Match every panel or role to the wearer who approved it.
- Delivery and price. Confirm the address, delivery range, deadline, currency and full total.
Made-to-order sizing choices matter because a change-of-mind return or exchange for an incorrectly selected size is generally unavailable under the store’s published terms. If someone is undecided, give them a cutoff and get a clear decision.
If you’re hosting a pool party, start with an easy dress code guests can follow with clothes they already own.

What if someone joins after the order is paid?
Check the current options for that print and contact support promptly if you need to change the order. Once production starts, changes may be unavailable. Treat any separate purchase as having its own delivery estimate.
What if two people choose the same style and size?
Keep two rows in the roster so both people can confirm. For a shared print they can choose the same trim. For role-based or connected artwork, preserve the role or panel on each row.
Can a parent add children’s sizes to the same set?
The current catalog offers adult sizes. The adult family reunion edit shows what adults can wear together and separates future children’s design concepts from available products.
Can several people edit the same saved cart from their phones?
The cart saves in the organizer’s browser. Use a separate list to collect decisions, then have one person enter and review the final choices in that browser.
